To accelerate our growth in South America, Huayan Robotics America Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Robotics Welding Cell sales efforts in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow welding cell business across Brazil.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new manufacturing customers in automotive, aerospace, construction, and metal fabrication sectors.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts, distributors, and system integrators.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation, customer meetings, solution presentation, technical coordination, to deal closure.
  • Work closely with Huayan's technical and engineering teams to deliver tailored robotic welding solutions.
  • Provide market intelligence: track competitor activities, customer needs, and local industry trends.
  • Represent Huayan Robotics at Brazilian trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in robotics, welding automation, or industrial equipment.
  • Solid understanding of welding processes (MIG/TIG/arc welding). Experience with cobots or industrial robots is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen, able to translate customer challenges into automation solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Portuguese; proficiency in English required, Spanish a plus.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working remotely.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Brazil (50–70%).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R$8, R$12,718.96 per month
