To accelerate our growth in South America, Huayan Robotics America Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Robotics Welding Cell sales efforts in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow welding cell business across Brazil.
 - Identify, prospect, and acquire new manufacturing customers in automotive, aerospace, construction, and metal fabrication sectors.
 - Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts, distributors, and system integrators.
 - Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation, customer meetings, solution presentation, technical coordination, to deal closure.
 - Work closely with Huayan's technical and engineering teams to deliver tailored robotic welding solutions.
 - Provide market intelligence: track competitor activities, customer needs, and local industry trends.
 - Represent Huayan Robotics at Brazilian trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
 - Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
 
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
 - 3+ years of proven sales experience in robotics, welding automation, or industrial equipment.
 - Solid understanding of welding processes (MIG/TIG/arc welding). Experience with cobots or industrial robots is highly desirable.
 - Strong technical and commercial acumen, able to translate customer challenges into automation solutions.
 - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
 - Fluent in Portuguese; proficiency in English required, Spanish a plus.
 - Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working remotely.
 - Willingness to travel frequently across Brazil (50–70%).
