O que buscamos

Profissionais com perfil de
conexão e geração de negócios
(finders) que possam abrir portas, indicar clientes ou apoiar em negociações para nossos serviços de:

  • Workshops de IA para líderes e gestores
  • Projetos de automação e implementação de IA
  • Programas de manutenção e evolução contínua com IA

Suas responsabilidades

  • Conectar a Proxia a empresas que possam se beneficiar de nossas soluções
  • Indicar decisores de áreas estratégicas (CEO, RH/T&D, operações, financeiro)
  • Apoiar no ciclo de vendas (opcional, para quem quiser ser closer)
  • Ser embaixador da IA aplicada a negócios dentro da sua rede

O que oferecemos

  • Modelo 100% comissionado
    (sem limite de ganhos)
  • Comissão atrativa:
  • 10–15% para indicações qualificadas (finder)
  • 20–25% para quem apoia na negociação/fechamento (closer)
  • Pagamento rápido: até 15 dias após o recebimento da receita
  • Materiais de apoio e treinamentos exclusivos
  • Oportunidade de se conectar a um mercado em crescimento exponencial

Perfil ideal

  • Profissionais de
    consultoria, tecnologia, inovação, RH, T&D ou vendas B2B
