About the Company

Our client is one of China's top state-owned enterprises in the building materials sector, now expanding its presence in Latin America. The São Paulo office is in an early development stage, offering an excellent opportunity for professionals who wish to grow with the company and play a key role in shaping its success in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the Brazilian building materials market;
  • Identify new business opportunities, support market expansion, and achieve sales targets;
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to headquarters for strategic decision-making;
  • Collaborate closely with the China team and local stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields;
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or related industries;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with proven sales track records;
  • Fluency in
    Portuguese and English
    is required (Mandarin is a plus);
  • Self-driven, responsible, and eager to grow in a dynamic international environment;
  • Experience working with Chinese companies or clients will be an advantage.
