This is a high-tech Chinese company specializing in IoT solutions for smart utilities, with over 20 years of independent R&D experience.Its expertise spans smart metering, data collection, head-end systems, and SaaS cloud services, offering end-to-end digital solutions for water, electricity, and gas sectors.With branches across multiple countries and regions, the company is committed to driving innovation and digital transformation in the global utility industry.?Position Overview?Responsible for comprehensive HR management at the Brazil manufacturing facility, encompassing recruitment, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.?Job Responsibilities?Lead organizational development and daily HR operations for the Brazil plant, with full accountability for recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures covering talent acquisition, learning & development, C&B, performance evaluation, and workplace relations.3 .Spearhead HRIS implementation and continuous optimization to enhance operational efficiency.Ensure proper formulation, compliance monitoring, and enforcement of all HR policies.5 .Manage labor relations, promptly address employee grievances, and maintain harmonious employer-employee relationships.Provide regular HR progress reports to corporate headquarters to ensure strategic alignment.Execute additional assignments as delegated by senior management.?Qualifications?Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline2 .Full professional proficiency in bothEnglish and Portuguese(verbal and written).Minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience, including 3+ years in large-scale (300+ employees)manufacturing HR management.Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment and organizational development.Hands-on HRIS implementation experience with strong system operation and data management capabilities.5 .Thorough understanding ofBrazilian labor legislation and local employment regulationsacross all HR functional areas.Excellent interpersonal skills with strong execution capability, stress tolerance, meticulousness, logical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving aptitude.
