Role Overview:We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support our online programs.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support: Provide support to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.Student Engagement: Act as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.Enrollment and Progress: Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.Communication: Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.Events Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.Requirements:Proficiency in English: Proficient in English with additional languages being an asset.Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education.Skill Set: Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.Tech Skills: Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.What We Offer:A dynamic and international work environmentApplication Process:We will assess your application and invite suitable candidates for a preliminary interview.Based on the interview, we may invite candidates for a second-round interview with the Director.The final stage involves meeting the team.The job is full-time and requires a valid Brazilian tax identification number (CPF for individuals or CNPJ for companies) to be considered for this role.
