Job Title: Business PartnerWe are a dynamic organization specializing in building high-converting Shopify pages for e-commerce brands.
Our mission is to help e-commerce brands convert users into loyal customers faster, increasing sales conversions and lowering their ad spend.The Business Partner will serve as the primary liaison between clients and our design/development team, managing client needs and ensuring seamless communication.
You will be responsible for driving projects forward, maintaining timelines, and keeping all stakeholders informed.
Your role is essential to ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to the design and development teams.Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates.Proactively resolve issues, anticipate client needs, and address concerns promptly.Regularly update clients on the status of their projects, keeping them informed and confident.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, client-facing roles, or project coordination.Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional tone.
