About UsZurich Insurance Company is a leading provider of insurance products and services, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.Our ZCAM (Zurich Customer Active Management) team turns customer data into practical business solutions to drive the implementation of our ambitious customer strategy.If you are a talented, dynamic and experienced Data Analyst, passionate about connecting the dots and have a strong background in technology, we would love to hear from you.So make a difference.Be challenged.Be inspired.Be supported, Love what you do.Work with us.The opportunity: Business Specialist (Product Owner) As a Business Analyst, you will help ZCAM's customers by understanding their needs and developing solutions to business problems.You will work with multidisciplinary and international teams to gather requirements, document processes, and communicate findings.Your responsibilities will include collecting and documenting business needs, analyzing data to identify trends and insights, suggesting process improvements, creating reports and presentations for stakeholders, and collaborating with teams to implement solutions.Additionally, you will be key to ensure that project objectives align with business goals, and will lead meetings and workshops to drive project success.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.Responsibilities Understands customers objectives, processes and products in order to make appropriate recommendations for customer-specific needs during incubation, delivery and operationsPlans, conducts and facilitates incubation sessions for business requirements gathering with subject matter experts and end users ensuring deliverables are metAdapts and applies different delivery methodologies determining the best methodology for the specific projectContributes to business cases, including cost / benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope definition and development of a high-level scheduleProduces requirement specifications and outlines solution design documents throughout the project life cycle, incorporating change requests and finalization of requirements documentationAnalyzes and manages requirement risk, traceability matrix and prioritizes requirementsPerforms quality review checks on project deliverablesParticipates in development of test plan, testing, implementation and training activitiesParticipates in post implementation activities including problem solving and measurement of benefits achievedCommunicates effectively through different mediums at all levelsCreates compelling project documents such as business cases, including cost / benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope definition and development of a high-level scheduleManages interdependencies within the projects and other functionsCommunicates effectively through different mediums at all levels Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or science or a related field, any higher degree is an advantageProfessional experience in related role and/or demonstrated competency (projects) utilizing relevant technologiesBalanced mix of business acumen as well as affinity to technology and systemsInnovative and creative self-starter, highly motivated, business and IT savvyIndependent and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlinesMust possess in-depth, strong problem-solving analytical skills with attention to detailExperience in the delivery of business solutions in time, quality, and budgetProven experience as business analyst or subject matter expert in global projects and/or sound knowledge in insurance businessProven track with project management & software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM, ITIL, PMP)Tough-minded, highly flexible and determine to deliver assigned targetsGood interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in application testing and organizing user acceptance testingCustomer-oriented team player with good communication abilities, fostering effective collaboration and teamworkStrong proficiency in both English and Portuguese is required, Spanish language skills are a plus.
