Business Development Specialist

Business Development Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing business through networking and sales calls to sell semiconductors and electronic components globally. Your primary focus will be on conducting diligent research for customer leads and prospecting of customers to advertise and upsell services. You will also negotiate prices and maintain relationships with customers, as well as interface with purchasing teams and stay informed of current inventory. In this role, you will develop marketing strategies to generate sales leads and pursue industry growth. To succeed in this position, you must have 2+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or equivalent experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience, and previous sales experience in electronic components distribution or supply chain. Candidates should possess cold calling and relationship building experience required, an aptitude to connect with customers and build relationships, commitment to customer satisfaction, confidentiality, and proprietary data management, and dynamism and self-motivation.
