We are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our recruitment efforts in Brazil.This senior-level role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities to serve as a strategic liaison between clients and our organization.The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our organization, ensuring high-quality recruitment services.Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.Oversee recruitment team performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.Analyze data to solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.Influence the team toward delivery goals and client satisfaction.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in recruiting or HR roles with talent acquisition emphasis.Previous experience in staffing firms, RPO, or talent consulting.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
