We are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our recruitment efforts in Brazil.

This senior-level role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities to serve as a strategic liaison between clients and our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our organization, ensuring high-quality recruitment services.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee recruitment team performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • Analyze data to solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
  • Influence the team toward delivery goals and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting or HR roles with talent acquisition emphasis.
  • Previous experience in staffing firms, RPO, or talent consulting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
  • Ability to analyze challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead recruitment teams toward high performance.
