Leadership is crucial in the dietary supplement manufacturing industry, where companies must navigate complex regulatory frameworks and supply chain dynamics to stay competitive.As a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and driving growth across South America.The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of leadership experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a proven track record in executive management, business transformation, or scaling operations across Latin America.A strong understanding of supplement manufacturing processes, regulatory frameworks, and supply chain dynamics is essential for success in this role.Additionally, the CEO will be responsible for overseeing all business operations, including manufacturing, R&D, sales, quality, and regulatory functions.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, and will have a dynamic leadership style with a focus on innovation, growth, and organisational excellence.Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is highly desirable, as the CEO will be required to represent the company in strategic alliances, investor relations, and regional industry events.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the company's strategic vision and long-term business objectives across Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and other key South American markets.Oversee all business operations, including manufacturing, R&D, sales, quality, and regulatory functions.Lead organisational transformation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and market responsiveness.Drive revenue growth through new partnerships, customer acquisition, and product innovation.Ensure operational excellence, quality assurance, and compliance with international standards (GMP, ISO, etc.).Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all departments.Represent the company in strategic alliances, investor relations, and regional industry events.Key RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.15+ years of leadership experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.Proven track record in executive management, business transformation, or scaling operations across Latin America.Deep understanding of supplement manufacturing processes, regulatory frameworks, and supply chain dynamics.Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience leading P&L responsibility.Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.Dynamic leadership style with a focus on innovation, growth, and organisational excellence.
