Job Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Business Operations Consultant, providing strategic support to our franchise partners across Latin America.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for Master Franchise and Direct Franchise owners, offering guidance on operational efficiency, financial management, and leadership development.Develop strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across the region, ensuring business strategies align with our global standards while adapting to local market needs.Conduct regular check-ins and site visits with each franchise location in the assigned territory to assess performance and provide actionable insights.Provide expert guidance and resources to drive operational excellence and regional growth.Utilize KPI benchmarks and digital platforms to monitor and support franchise performance.Training & Leadership Development:Design and deliver training sessions in Portuguese (and Spanish where applicable) for franchisees and their teams, focusing on operational best practices, member experience, and profitability.Facilitate webinars, learning sessions, and peer collaboration forums to promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing in the LATAM market.Lead onboarding programs for new franchisees and gym leaders, providing a solid foundation in our systems, standards, and growth strategies.Champion the rollout of corporate initiatives, tools, and new programs, ensuring cultural adaptation and consistent adoption across locations.Operational Evaluations & Brand Standards:Perform standardized gym evaluations, operational audits, and brand assessments to ensure compliance with system standards and brand guidelines.Verify that all LATAM locations remain aligned with our operational policies and procedures.Strategic Business & Financial Planning:Review and interpret financial reports to identify trends and coach franchisees on strategies for profitability and operational improvement.Assist with strategic planning, forecasting, and staff planning tailored to the LATAM region.Market Insights & System Collaboration:Conduct annual market reviews and monitor competitive activity in each territory to inform business decisions.Share benchmarking data, performance insights, and market intelligence with both franchisees and internal teams.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technology, and development teams to align LATAM field strategies with broader corporate objectives.Requirements:Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is required.3-5 years of experience in franchise operations, business consulting, or multi-unit fitness/hospitality management.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Exercise Science, or a related field is preferred.Proven ability to lead training programs in multiple languages.Strong knowledge of fitness industry operations, financial drivers, and customer experience best practices.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with a high degree of cultural intelligence.Basic knowledge of gym technology platforms is a plus.Ability to travel up to 50% or more across Latin America and Caribbean.Preferred Attributes:Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.Experience supporting international franchise or multi-unit business models, particularly in Latin America.Strong presence and confidence when leading groups and delivering training in culturally diverse environments.High level of business acumen, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.Familiarity with our tools, systems, or service providers.
