Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition ExpertWe are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization.
In this role, you will play a critical part in our recruiting process, working closely with hiring leaders to identify and attract top talent.Main Responsibilities:Partner with Hiring Leaders to develop a comprehensive understanding of each opening.Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate generation through interviewing, salary negotiations, job file maintenance, and closing candidates.Identify passive candidates using advanced Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Pipeline candidates and identify potential future opportunities.Foster diversity in the recruitment process.Stay up-to-date on current sourcing practices and trends.Maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment cycle.Requirements:Approximately 6+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, with a proven track record of sourcing and closing talent in engineering and product roles.In-house recruiting experience, preferably within tech/SaaS environments.Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment: kick-off calls, job postings, sourcing, screening, assessments, interview coordination, and offer management.Excellent written and spoken English skills.About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced recruitment professional to make a meaningful contribution to our organization's growth and success.
