The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the LATAM talent landscape, labor laws, and cultural nuances.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Americas region.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, particularly those based in the US.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet client needs.Providing strategic advice on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.To be considered for this role, candidates should have:At least 4 years of experience in recruitment consulting, preferably in an agency setting.A proven track record of business development and client management.Deep knowledge of the LATAM talent landscape, labor laws, and cultural nuances.Fluency in both English and Portuguese, written and spoken.Why Work With Us?
