Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and execute business development strategies, fostering strong relationships with industry stakeholders and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and mergers & acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key decision makers, M&A advisors, and financial professionals.
  • Craft and manage an acquisition pipeline using Salesforce CRM, creating market maps to identify opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for M&A activities, ensuring accurate lead database allocation.
  • Qualify high-potential opportunities at the top of the acquisition funnel, prioritizing focus for portfolio managers.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing M&A/finance roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with executive presence to engage with CEOs and industry leaders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to variable work hours with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
