Job Title: Business Development SpecialistThe Business Development Specialist plays a vital role in driving the growth of our organization by building and running a reliable outbound engine that converts leads into qualified meetings.Key responsibilities include:Outbound Workflow Management: Utilize Apollo, Clay, and Instantly/Smartlead to build and manage outbound workflows.Email Deliverability: Maintain strong inbox placement through effective domain warm-up, deliverability, and sender rotation strategies.Lead Sourcing and Enrichment: Source, clean, and enrich lead lists based on our ideal customer profile (ICP).Outbound Sequence Writing: Craft and test outbound sequences in clear, native-level English that align with our brand tone.Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimize open rates, reply rates, and meeting conversions.Pipeline Management: Ensure accurate pipeline stages are maintained in HubSpot.The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in owning outbound operations for U.S.-based companies, hands-on experience with modern outbound tools, and strong written English skills.The successful Business Development Specialist will be a strategic thinker who can drive results-oriented initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
