About the CompanyLedn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, offering lending, savings and trading products to holders worldwide.OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.A successful candidate is passionate about automation, scripting, infrastructure as code and helping end users.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line support to employees via Slack, Jira, etc.Procure and deliver technology equipment; onboard and retrieve hardware for new employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge.Support and manage SaaS applications – Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools – MDM, EMM, Jamf, etc.Own and contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Manage, respond to, and fix critical incidents and issues as needed by completion.Work on projects over sprints; detail work in Jira; experience with agile methods.Set and work to your own OKRs with minimal direction; align them to team and company goals.QualificationsAt least 7 years in SaaS systems administration – Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc.; utilize open-source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.Experience integrating SSO into Okta, creating workflows in Okta; knowledge of APIs and system integration.Remote support experience across multiple time zones; shipping and receiving hardware and customs.Excellent communication across all media; clear, friendly writing in tickets, email, Slack.Strong organizational and task-management skills; self-management and accurate scoping of projects.Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching.Security awareness – PGP, SSO, identity practices.Builder mindset; collaborative partner; integrity and accountability.Previous remote environment experience.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesRetailWe are an equal-opportunity employment organization and pride ourselves on inclusivity, diversity, and the success that comes from diversity.You may reach out to the Ledn team by emailing ****** for accommodation requests throughout all stages of the recruitment process.Requests will be addressed confidentially.#J-*****-Ljbffr
