OverviewExperienced Recruiter For The Swedish It Industry — Nexer TelescopeJoin to apply for the Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish It Industry role at Nexer Telescope.ResponsibilitiesAs a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and help build trust with suitable candidates as they move abroad.Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the executive management team in Sweden, and work with the Swedish delivery management team on relocation logistics.Arrange visas, work permits, travel, housing, and related relocation tasks; ensure a smooth transition for employees.Collaborate with clients primarily in software development, R&D, cybersecurity, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries, including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Be part of a team that values joy, trust, and professionalism while helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.Upper intermediate English.Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder.Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.DetailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.

Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
Minimum 12 months.Working hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
