Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.
As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, the executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics.Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
You will work with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
Our core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesAs a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to move to Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates.
You will coordinate with a global team to relocate candidates, including visa, work permits, housing, tickets, and related arrangements.
Your work will be planned and executed in collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self-motivation.Resilient, able to handle rejection and persist to achieve goals.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.Employment detailsExtents & Duration: Start ASAP.
Full time.
Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
Minimum 12 months.
Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.
Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: Remote or at a co-location center of your choice.Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Benefits: Free national holidays with maintained payment.
20 paid vacation days.
