Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the quality, analysis, and operation of our Global CRM system.The ideal candidate will provide recommendations, action plans, and status updates to leadership and key stakeholders while managing key relationships with business and technical stakeholders.This position involves interacting with key users of the applications and aligning application services with business goals to ensure efficiency and value delivery.Additionally, the successful candidate will continually mature sustain & operational/platform processes to meet our needs & requirements.The Global CRM Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production environment, ensuring system stability, performance, reliability & quality.They will also ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, KPI's, SLA's, best practices are being properly tracked & completed.Provide Recommendations, Action Plans, and Status Updates to Leadership and Key StakeholdersManage Key Relationships with Business and Technical StakeholdersInteraction with key users of the applications and Align application services with business goals to ensure efficiency and value deliveryContinually mature Sustain & Operational/Platform processes to meet needs & requirementsOversee the day-to-day operations of the production environment, ensuring system stability, performance, reliability & qualityEnsuring adherence to all policies, procedures, KPI's, SLA's, best practices are being properly tracked & completedFocusing on enhancing reports on support activities, incident trends, and system health for stakeholdersPromoting continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and process enhancementsEnsuring Problem Management and following best in class practices, implementing preventive measures and meeting level objectivesTroubleshooting issues, coordinating with development teams, and implementing best practices for incident management and resolutionEnsuring the integrity, data, administration, configuration, maintenance of all Global CRM environments (non-production & production)Collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, cyber, infrastructure teams) to address complex technical challengesEnsuring monitoring for all integration systems connected to production CRM & addressing any monitoring coverage gapsAssisting with new global initiatives with the Global CRM Implementation & Rollout COE teamLeading audit/compliance initiatives for Global CRM, working with auditing/compliance/DR teamsApproving /coordinating with appropriate teams/vendors on environment server/maintenance upgrades/license management/platform itemsEnsuring proper documentation for system configurations, flow diagrams, troubleshooting steps, support processes & interfacesPursuing automation and eliminating manual effortsEnsuring adherence to IT security policies, data privacy regulations, and compliance standardsEnsuring the integrity, environment synchronization, configuration, and maintenance of Global CRM environments (non-production & production)Overseeing/enhancing usage of ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Delivery
