Shape your future as a magentian Position: Sales Support | Junior Analyst Main responsibilities and assignments: Build consistent relationships (internal & external customers). Participate actively on the sales process together with Sales Executive. Support all customer's requests in line with ONE policy, values and commercial agreements. Assist the Sales Executive on maintenance account base performance focusing on profitability. Ensure management contracts updates in the system (including fees, free time/or any applicable charges and surcharges). Maintain the CRM updated with all information related to client's activities. Specific knowledge: Knowledge in Shipping Industry. Intermediate English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship and establish trust with clients and colleagues. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Minimum Required Experience: 3 years of experience in Sales Support or a similar role within the shipping industry. Degree: Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, business administration or related field.
