Ebury is a global fintech firm dedicated to empowering businesses to expand internationally through tailored and forward-thinking financial solutions.Since our founding in , we've grown to a diverse team of over 1, professionals across 40+ offices and 29+ markets worldwide.Joining Ebury means becoming part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your contributions are valued.You'll play a key role in shaping the future of cross-border finance, while advancing your own career in a dynamic, high-growth industry.Technical Support Engineer / Technical Specialist II São Paulo Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home We are seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to become an integral part of our support engineering team.In this role, you will collaborate with a group of specialists, providing comprehensive support across all areas of our business.What you will do: Troubleshoot and debug software and infrastructure issues raised by end-users of the software developed by our engineering teams.Verify and document bugs for tracking and escalation.Incident management, including managing communication with stakeholders and coordinating with development teams.Be an expert in Ebury's products.Work with the Software Engineering teams to establish support workflows and monitoring plans for new products and projects.Work with trusted vendors to solve service events.Collaborate with other software development engineers on process enhancements and code reviews.Collaborate with product teams to analyze feedback and report feature gaps.What you will need: Experience providing L2 support in a tech-driven business environment.Proficient problem-solving skills and strong technical troubleshooting abilities.Familiar with AWS Cloud or Google Cloud and Linux administration.A strong desire to identify and resolve root causes, systematically preventing issues from recurring by collaborating Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, along with a willingness to uphold Ebury's values Excellent communication skills in English.Desirable: Software development experience with Python or Go.Experience with Agile Methodologies and Continuous Integration.Understand common frontend languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Use tooling to manipulate data in PostgreSQL, Firestore Knowledge of Spanish is a plus Why Ebury?Dedicated Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced managers who are invested in your success.Cutting-Edge Technology: Leverage state-of-the-art tailor made tools and systems that enable you to perform at your best.Clear, Accelerated Career Progression: Defined pathways to leadership and specialist roles within Ebury.Dynamic
