Administrative Support ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support and customer service in the US.Key Responsibilities:Calendar Management: Organize schedules, book meetings, and maintain accurate calendars.Email Management: Review, prioritize, and organize emails professionally.Task Tracking: Monitor tasks and deadlines using project management tools.Documentation: Prepare reports, take meeting notes, and maintain organized digital files.Customer Support: Communicate with clients and teams via email, chat, and phone as needed.Research Assistance: Provide research support and summarize findings when required.General Administrative Tasks: Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.Requirements:1 year of related experience and/or a related degree.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational abilities.Meticulous attention to detail.Collaborative team spirit.Commitment to confidentiality.A quiet workspace.Must be at least 21 years old.Software Skills:Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)WhatsAppAsanaMiroCanvaAI tools (flexible)Open to other tools as neededLanguages:English mandatoryPortuguese mandatory
