Senior Business Controller Job DescriptionDrive financial excellence and accelerate your trajectory as a future enterprise leader.As the cornerstone of our executive development pipeline, you will partner with C-suite stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, optimize risk-resilient governance, and fuel sustainable value creation across HQ and regional operations.This role is your launchpad to broader executive responsibilities within ***** months.You will be responsible for:Reinventing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization for industrial complexes and business units.Fortifying integrated risk frameworks (finance/tax/legal/compliance) while preserving operational agility.Advising on M&A, investments, and market expansion through a value-creation lens.You will oversee accounting operations, ensuring flawless adherence to global policies and controls, and partner with plant leadership on CAPEX strategy, scalability, and ROI-driven execution.Your required expertise includes:10+ years' progressive finance leadership, including 5+ years as Head of Controlling/Regional Controller in industrial/manufacturing sectors.Professional Credentials: ACCA, HKICPA, CPA, or equivalent.Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a top-tier institution.Language: Fluent English and Mandarin a must, Portuguese a strong plus.You will also need to demonstrate mastery of complex accounting, tax structuring, and internal control frameworks, as well as a track record in M&A due diligence, cash flow transformation, and enterprise risk mitigation.Leadership DNA required:Architect, not just operator: Strengthens foundations while designing future-ready solutions.Ambassador: Influences stakeholders with integrity, diplomacy, and executive presence.Accelerator: Develops talent and drives continuous improvement as a cultural cornerstone.Candidates should have experience in matrixed, privately held organizations with legacy operations.Traits required:Possessing industry knowledge, technical skills, and communication capabilities.Must be proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.Suitable candidates will ideally hold a degree in a relevant field and possess relevant certifications, along with extensive experience in a senior finance role.In this position, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, driving process improvements, and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations.The company offers a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
