Our client is an International Spanish Chemical Company specialiazed in Biocides, Defoamers and Industrial Water Treatments products for a several sectors ( paints and coatings, cosmetics, detergency, leather, pulp and paper, wood, etc...). With and international footprint over 60 countries, its daily expanding assistance benefits from a network of technical specialists who offer tailored recommendations and solutions for a diverse industrial treatments.Due its growth at international level, they are looking for an :SALES COUNTRY MANAGER( BRAZIL )Reporting to the Regional Director, the Sales Country Manager will be responsible for :- P& L responsibility for the country- Business development and market expansion- Overseeing regulatory compliance- Leading local sales, technical and support teams- Managing distributor relationships or direct B2 B accountsProfile :We are looking someone with :- +10 years in chemical or speciality materials industry- Strong commercial acumen and leadership- Experience with speciality application ( e.g., biocides, coatings, home/personal care, adhesives, leather,etc..)- Fluent in local language + English.
