The OfferWork in a company with a solid track record of performanceWork alongside & learn from best in class talentFantastic work cultureThe JobYou will be responsible for :Generate leads, negotiate commercial terms and acquire new customers both in corporate and consumer segmentsDevelop sales pipeline and engage with the potential customers at all stages of the sales funnelBuild customer relationships to maximize long-term revenue growthTogether with the account management team facilitate customer onboarding in line with the accepted KYC/KYB policies and proceduresWork closely with our internal teams to develop growth plans and ensure delivery of the agreed business targetsWork closely with a marketing team in order to engage with prospects and convert them into qualified leadsProvide inputs and timely feedback about customer needs, market trends and competitive environmentBe a subject matter expert when it comes to company's products and servicesUpsell and cross-sell other company products to build engagement and a share of walletAchieve the agreed KPIs when it comes to transactions volume and revenueEngage with regulators and authorities in order to comply with and follow local requirementsBuild a winning cross-functional team able to scale our business in ArgentinaThe ProfilePrevious experience within the Payments, Banking or Fintech verticals in the B2B/B2C sales/business development capacityExperience of prospecting, building and managing sales pipelineStrong commercial acumen and negotiations skillsAbility to multitask in order to set priorities and meet business targetsCustomer-centric attitude with excellent presentation skills and attention to detailsAbility to understand customers' business requirements and find solutions to their pain pointsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop working relationships at all levelsWell accustomed to a client facing role, understanding industry sensitivities and market environmentKnowledge of CRM (Salesforce) or similarBasic knowledge of KYC/KYB and AML policies, and B2B customer onboarding processEnergetic and passionate about crypto currencies, trading and blockchain technologyThe EmployerOur client mission is to revolutionize the world by making blockchain technology accessible to everyone in everyday life.
