OverviewExperienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry.
The role involves sourcing engineers for Sweden and supporting their relocation process.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.Build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate with a global team of recruiters and Swedish management.Coordinate relocation-related tasks with the Swedish delivery management team (visas, work permits, housing, tickets, etc.).
Ensure a smooth relocation process and fix all practical matters for employees joining Sweden.Collaborate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Work with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Be part of a team that helps engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.Uphold Telescope\'s core values of joy, trust, and professionalism.Required competenceAt least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and the IT outstaffing/outsourcing model.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, plus the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, capable of identifying and closing a recruitment request.Self confident, sociable, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.Resilient and persistent, able to take a \'no\' as motivation to try harder.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.Extent & DurationStart ASAP.Full time.Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.Minimum 12 months.Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: Work from home or a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Free national holidays, with maintained payment.20 paid vacation days.Paid travels, housing, and per diem.ContactPlease send your English CV to: ******.
