Responsibilities
Find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
Build trust with suitable candidates who are moving internationally and coordinate relocation support.
Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, plus a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics.
Coordinate visa, work permits, relocation arrangements, housing, tickets, and related practical matters for employees.
Work with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries (e.g., Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam).
Contribute to a team culture focused on joy, trust, and professionalism while helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.
Required competence (documented in CV)
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
High quality and brand awareness.
Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
Upper intermediate English.
Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close recruitment requests.
Self-confident, sociable, friendly and motivated with a proactive attitude.
Resilient with the capacity to persevere after setbacks.
Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Extent & Duration
Start ASAP.
Full time.
Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
Minimum 12 months.
Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
Free national holidays with maintained payment.
20 paid vacation days.
Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
