Senior Recruiter for Swedish Tech Careers

A seasoned recruiter is required to navigate the Swedish tech landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical expertise.
Responsibilities entail identifying skilled engineers eager to embark on an international career and informing them about the advantages of residing and working in Sweden. The recruiter will foster trust with suitable candidates, coordinate relocation assistance, and collaborate with a global team of recruiters and senior management in Sweden.
The recruiter will work with clients across software development, research and development, cybersecurity, automotive engineering, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. They will design and execute recruitment strategies with colleagues from multiple countries, contribute to a collaborative work environment focused on camaraderie, trust, and professionalism, and assist engineers and their families in establishing a new career and life in Sweden.
