We're looking for a Dispatch & Access Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Tietoevry Create.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our field operations, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, field engineers, logistics partners, and site owners.About The ClientArelion, a leading IP services provider, recognized for its vast global network and 100% organically grown fiber backbone.

The network spans 70,000 km across Europe, North America, and Asia, serving over 2,300 wholesale customers in more than 125 countries.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and dispatch field engineers to customer sites based on support tickets.Manage site access requests for internal teams and external partners.Validate and process inbound site-related requests from customers.Support logistics for materials and equipment needed at field locations.Act as the main point of contact for site access, shipping, and remote hands requests.Collaborate cross-functionally across multiple departments and with external site owners.Contribute to the development and improvement of dispatch and access processes.QualificationsA technical degree or relevant post-secondary education.At least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Proficiency in Office365 and standard workplace tools.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong internal and external relationships.Comfortable working across departments and in a global team environment.Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.Proficiency in a native language is a plus.Will be an advantageUnderstanding of telecommunications technologies (e.g., IP, WDM, fiber, site infrastructure).
