Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned endpoint management professional to lead our team in maintaining and securing corporate devices.This remote position requires an experienced leader with a focus on automation, efficiency, and reducing contact time while ensuring compliance across security frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of engineers providing technical guidance and career developmentOversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOneDrive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact timeEnsure endpoints meet compliance requirementsDevelop and implement endpoint security policies and proceduresManage vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providersRespond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues maintaining hands-on technical involvementCreate and maintain documentation for endpoint standards and processesCollaborate with security and IT teams to implement endpoint protection strategiesMonitor endpoint health metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliabilityCoordinate patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devicesLead incident response efforts for endpoint-related security eventsRequired Skills & Qualifications2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platformsExperience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell Python or similarDeep understanding of patch management software deployment and configuration managementExperience maintaining compliance with security frameworks SOC2 ISO***** GDPR CCPAStrong troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex technical issuesExcellent communication skills for vendor management and cross-functional collaborationAbility to work independently in a remote environmentMust be able to read and speak fluently in English
