Senior Dynamics Developer OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our LATAM remote team as a senior developer responsible for reviewing, auditing, and enhancing customer journeys in Dynamics 365 (D365).The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to assess system configurations and implement solutions that boost performance, efficiency, and user experience.Key Responsibilities:Review and audit customer journeys from website form entry in D365 to lead disposition, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal results.Assess and optimize call schedules, time zones, location assignments, call queues, and call cycle/replenishment for agents, streamlining processes and improving productivity.Collaborate with the CEO to align system configurations with call log data, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency.Implement, test, and confirm changes to ensure they function as expected, meeting the highest standards of quality.Coordinate the deployment of changes into production, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum impact.
