Responsável pelo monitoramento, análise e desenvolvimento dos indicadores de manutenções em infraestrutura de rede móvel e fixa, estabelecendo planos de ação para melhoria contínua dos indicadores assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões de desempenho e qualidade estabelecidos.
**Principais atividades**
- Monitorar e analisar o desempenho dos fornecedores e transportadoras, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade dos serviços;
- Elaborar e controlar indicadores, acompanhamento de relatórios e KPIs da operação;
- Acompanhar e reportar divergências e anomalias;
- Participar de reuniões de alinhamento das rotinas da área.
**Conhecimento, experiência e formação**
- Desejável experiência em Logística, Last Mile e Distribuição;
- Desejável experiência em negociações contratuais;
- Conhecimento em automação;
- Conhecimento em premissas de orçamento/ gestão financeira;
- Conhecimentos no pacote Office - principalmente em Excel;
- Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Logística e áreas correlatas.
