Latam - Business Development Executive Digital Transformation, IT Solutions & Services - BrazilOmni Business Solutions Inc. is a global digital transformation, solutions and services company, award-winning IT consultants, VAR, MSP/MSSP, ISV, systems integrator and solution provider, serving medium to enterprise organizations worldwide.Location: Fully remote; travel may be required based on business demand.Commission: Yes.Employment Type: Full-time.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.Identify and qualify sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections.Develop, grow and execute the full sales cycle in medium and enterprise organizations.Communicate with technology partners and provide product/service demonstrations and presentations.Prepare and update business plans; track growth, performance, and territory strategy.Ensure proper hand-off of clients from sales to services and manage territory.Respond to RFPs/RFIs and support proposals.Maintain accurate, timely and complete sales and service orders.QualificationsFive or more years of experience in technology solutions sales, with expertise in digital transformation, modernization and enterprise services.Proven ability to build relationships with directors and C-level executives.Strong complex solution-selling experience and high sales volume achievement.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Valid passport, native or fluent English, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Minimum of four recent sales or technical certifications.Self-motivated, able to work independently and achieve sales goals.Benefits Summary: Competitive health care, income protection, retirement plans (401(k) with matching), flexible schedule, health and vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, maternity/paternity/adoption leave, tuition reimbursement, employee retention programs.Omni Business Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, pregnancy, disability, age, veteran status, or other characteristics.The company complies with applicable citizenship and immigration requirements.#J-*****-Ljbffr
