This role offers the opportunity to work as a key contributor to our operational success.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and internal teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and in-person, in fluent English.Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics, maximizing productivity and efficiency.Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed, showcasing excellent writing and presentation skills.Enter, update, and maintain data in various software platforms, ensuring accuracy and reliability.Support customer onboarding processes and respond to basic client inquiries, providing top-notch customer service.Coordinate with different departments to ensure tasks and projects progress on schedule, fostering effective teamwork.Perform general office duties such as filing, expense tracking, and record keeping, maintaining a well-organized workspace.Requirements:Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).Proven experience in administrative, executive assistant, or customer service roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and conflict resolution.High level of software proficiency, including project management tools and office suite applications.Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms, staying up-to-date with industry developments.Excellent organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
