Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong customer relationships, analyzing product usage, and gathering customer feedback to identify trends, needs, and areas for improvement.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.Analyzing product usage and gathering customer feedback to identify trends, needs, and areas for improvement.Encouraging product adoption by organizing demos, training sessions, and best practice sharing.Acting as the customer's voice, ensuring their insights and experiences are reflected in product development.Coordinating structured interactions with customers on SLAs, service management, and support topics.Key Responsibilities include coordinating multiple tasks, timelines, and resources efficiently, while aligning customer needs with internal teams and driving informed decisions through data analysis and interpretation.RequirementsProven experience in customer relationship management, ideally within the media industry.Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, supporting effective project execution.Strong ability to understand and address customer needs, ensuring a tailored approach to challenges.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers, team members, and stakeholders.Project management expertise, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, timelines, and resources efficiently.BenefitsOur company offers a competitive compensation package and a great work environment with smart and friendly coworkers who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Skills and QualificationsFluency in English is required; Spanish and Portuguese are also beneficial.
