Technology Strategist End UserThis role is responsible for designing, governing, and evolving technology architectures that support end-user experience in international operations.Define and maintain end-to-end architecture frameworks for End User Computing (EUC) environments, encompassing physical, virtual, mobile, virtual desktops (VDI), BYOD, and collaboration devices.Establish standards and best practices for device provisioning, management, and security, including access policies, identity control (IAM), encryption, and threat protection.Lead modernization initiatives for smart workspaces, with a focus on automation, self-service, cloud integration, collaboration (MS Teams, Zoom), and mobile applications.Evaluate and implement virtualization, mobile device management (MDM), endpoint security (EDR), zero-trust, monitoring, and remote support technologies.Proactively work to solve performance, scalability, and availability challenges, ensuring support for remote and hybrid work.The ideal candidate will have a higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar areas, and at least 8 years of experience in technology architecture, management, and innovation of EUC environments.Strong English and Portuguese skills are required for global technical communication and alignment with international operations.About the RoleAs a key member of our technology team, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy and architecture.Your expertise will help drive innovation and improvement across our EUC environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and govern technology architectures that support end-user experienceDevelop and maintain end-to-end architecture frameworksEstablish standards and best practices for device provisioning, management, and securityLead modernization initiatives for smart workspacesEvaluate and implement new technologiesRequirementsHigher education in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar areasAt least 8 years of experience in technology architecture, management, and innovation of EUC environmentsStrong English and Portuguese skillsWe OfferA competitive compensation package, opportunities for career growth and professional development, and a dynamic work environment that values innovation and collaboration.
