Campari Group today is a major player in the global branded spirits industry, with a portfolio of over 50 premium and super premium brands, marketed and distributed in over 190 markets around the world, with leading positions in Europe and the Americas.Headquartered in Milan, Italy, Campari Group owns 25 plants worldwide and has its own distribution network in 26 countries, and employs approximately 4,700 people.Shares of the parent company Davide Campari - Milano N.V. are listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since ****.Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery to join our South America team, based in Alphaville/São Paulo (hybrid model).Reporting directly to the IT Country Manager South America, this role covers Brazil, Argentina and Peru, supporting our dynamic and fast-paced regional operations.You will have the opportunity to act as the key contact for all IT service delivery topics across the region, the position is hands-on in managing local vendors, coordinating with global teams and ensuring the smooth running of infrastructure, end-user support and critical projects.What We Are Looking ForWe are searching for a proactive, self-managed professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a background in IT service delivery within multinational environments.The ideal candidate will have experience in both technical and managerial aspects of IT, with a proven ability to drive projects, manage incidents and coordinate with local and global partners.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee IT service delivery for Brazil, Argentina and Peru, including infrastructure, end-user support and project management.Manage local vendors and coordinate with global IT teams for project execution.Lead incident management and ensure effective escalation and resolution.Support major projects such as office openings and infrastructure refreshes.Monitor service quality, drive continuous improvement, and maintain governance.Act as the main point of contact for service delivery issues and ensure alignment with business needs.Exposure to global stakeholders and the opportunity to develop expertise in manufacturing and cyber security.What we are looking forDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.6+ years' experience in IT within multinational companies.2–4 years' experience in IT Service Management with third-party partners.Solid understanding of infrastructure, end-user support and service delivery.Experience in incident management, vendor management and project coordination.ITIL certification is a plus, but not mandatory.Fluent English is required and Spanish is a plus.Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industries is highly valued.Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Why Join Us?You will be part of a creative, resilient team, driving IT excellence in a region where innovation and adaptability are key.This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact, develop your career, and work closely with both local and global teams.People Managers and HR Business Partners at Campari Group are encouraged to have open career conversations with their team members and to support employee's career development.As recommended by our internal hiring process, please inform both your direct manager and your HRBP of your decision to submit an application before applying for this role.
