OverviewWe are a high-impact software and digital transformation expert firm.For 10 years, we have created solutions focused on technology and innovation thanks to our team of over 220 talented DaCoders, including developers, architects, UX/UI designers, PMs, QA testers, and more, who join our projects with clients in LATAM and the United States to achieve outstanding results.With us, you\'ll boost and accelerate your professional development by collaborating on a wide variety of projects, industries, and business sectors.Working at DaCodes will allow you to be versatile and agile by working with diverse technologies and collaborating with top-tier professionals.DaCoders have a significant impact on the success of our business, as well as the success of our clients.You will be the expert participating in our projects and will have access to disruptive startups and global brands.We are looking for talent to join the team—let\'s work togetherThe ideal candidate has a unique combination of technical experience, curiosity, logical and analytical mindset, proactivity, ownership, and a passion for teamwork.ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and drive support resolution with senior external clients, internal stakeholders, and other Marquee engineering teams.Serve as a point of escalation for support issues from Marquee Helpdesk (L1).Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to ensure the successful resolution of issues.Develop and mature the SRE strategy to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our platforms.Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.Work closely with the engineering team to drive the resolution of client issues.Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents as needed.Continuously improve processes and systems to increase reliability and reduce risk.Influence and suggest improvements on the roadmap for enhancing the client experience, focusing on portfolio analytics.Create documentation / runbooks and code snippets to share with clients and internal engineering teams.RequirementsSupporting applications running on Java in object-oriented design principles.Supporting using Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate.Supporting web development frameworks (Angular or React).Key criteriaMust be comfortable coding in Java, debugging API calls, writing quality-of-life snippets for clients, and creating scripts for debug tooling.Must have a basic knowledge of UI and API integration.Must be presentable to clients and a clear, empathetic communicator able to talk to clients and stakeholders with confidence.Must be willing to execute on support issues while also building out the function and automating the resolution of repeat issues.Advanced English.BenefitsBrazilian legal benefitsPaid vacation daysMeal allowanceHealth insuranceLife insuranceThis is a remote position, but you must be based in BrazilJob detailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: OtherIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
