As a key member of our global HR team, the Global HR Operations Manager plays a vital role in managing core HR activities and supporting employees across multiple regions.This dynamic professional will oversee end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and other employment changes.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.With experience in global organizations and the ability to work across time zones, this individual will provide support to employees and stakeholders globally, ensuring consistent and seamless HR operations across regions.This position requires hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycleProvide support to employees and stakeholders globallyMaintain and update HR systems to ensure accurate employee records and reportingPartner with hiring managers and global HR peers to deliver guidance and promote best practicesHandle confidential employee data with the highest level of discretion and accuracyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and enhance communication throughout the employee lifecycleThis role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fully remote environment, exposing you to global HR operations and cross-cultural teams.With clear career growth opportunities within a scaling HR team, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment focused on innovation and impact.Qualifications & Experience:3–5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, ideally in a tech or fast-paced global organizationStrong working knowledge of HR processes and compliance frameworks globallyHands-on experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google WorkspaceExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cultures and time zones
