Technical Sales Engineer – Coiled Tubing and Wireline Pressure Control - Brazil / Engenheiro Técnico Comercial – Brasil POSITION OVERVIEW / VISÃ O GERAL DA POSIÇÃ O EN: The Technical Sales Engineer – Brazil is responsible for driving business growth, providing technical support, and building strong customer relationships across Brazil, with occasional support in Peru and Bolivia.
Focus areas include selling and renting NXL's portfolio:
• Wireline & Coiled Tubing Pressure Control Equipment (PCE)
• Accumulator Systems
• Grease Injection Units
• Offshore & Onshore Wireline Skids The role involves engaging with oilfield service companies (Halliburton, Baker Hughes, SLB, Expro) and operators to identify opportunities, deliver training, and support sales and rentals.
Frequent travel across Brazil (Salvador, Mossoró, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo) and occasional travel within South America is required.
PT: O Engenheiro Técnico Comercial – Brasil é responsável por impulsionar o crescimento dos negócios, fornecer suporte técnico e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes em todo o Brasil, com eventual suporte no Peru e na Bolívia.
O foco é a venda e locação do portfólio da NXL:
• Equipamentos de Controle de Pressão para Wireline e Coiled Tubing (PCE)
• Sistemas de Acumuladores
• Unidades de Injeção de Graxa
• Skids para operações onshore e offshore O profissional irá interagir com empresas de serviços de petróleo (Halliburton, Baker Hughes, SLB, Expro) e operadoras para identificar oportunidades, ministrar treinamentos e apoiar vendas e locações.
Viagens frequentes no Brasil (Salvador, Mossoró, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo) e ocasionais para outros países da América do Sul serão necessárias.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES EN:
• Identify and capture new opportunities in capital sales and rentals.
• Build and expand relationships with service companies and operators.
• Provide hands-on product training, safe operation guidance, and maintenance best practices.
• Support deployments, troubleshooting, and operational assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and logistics to ensure delivery and compliance.
• Track market activity via CRM tools, monitor competitors, and adjust strategy.
• Deliver post-sale support, issue resolution, and account maintenance.
• Uphold safety standards in all operations and customer interactions.
PT:
• Identificar e conquistar novas oportunidades em vendas e locações.
• Construir e expandir relacionamentos com prestadores de serviços e operadoras.
• Ministrar treinamentos sobre uso seguro, manutenção e melhores práticas.
• Apoiar mobilizações, diagnóstico de falhas e avaliações operacionais.
• Colaborar com engenharia, operações e logística para garantir entrega e conformidade.
• Acompanhar atividades de mercado no CRM, monitorar concorrentes e ajustar estratégias.
• Garantir suporte pós-venda ágil e manutenção de contas.
• Cumprir padrões de segurança em todas as operações e interações com clientes.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL / AMBIENTE DE TRABALHO E VIAGENS EN: Remote home office; frequent customer site visits; regular travel to Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo; occasional travel to Peru, Bolivia, and other South American markets.
PT: Home office; visitas frequentes a clientes; viagens regulares ao Rio de Janeiro e São Paulo; viagens ocasionais ao Peru, Bolívia e outros mercados da América do Sul.
REQUIREMENTS / REQUISITOS Required / Obrigatórios EN:
• Fluent in Portuguese; proficient in English & Spanish.
• 5+ years in Coiled Tubing, Wireline, or Pressure Control (3+ in sales).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
PT:
• Fluência em português; proficiência em inglês e espanhol.
• Mínimo de 5 anos em Coiled Tubing, Wireline ou Controle de Pressão (3+ em vendas).
• Domínio do Microsoft Office.
• Fortes habilidades de comunicação e resolução de problemas.
• Capacidade de atuar de forma independente e em equipe.
Preferred / Desejáveis EN:
• Existing relationships with service companies in Brazil/South America.
• Knowledge of Brazilian pressure control market and basin-specific dynamics.
PT:
• Relacionamentos com empresas de serviços no Brasil/América do Sul.
• Conhecimento do mercado brasileiro de controle de pressão e bacias específicas.
