flag potential technical challengesserve as a liaison between the customer and the Track Professional Services team before and during the implementation, while identifying opportunities for technical training, configuration adjustments, and continuous optimization for existing customersfacilitate communication and collaboration between the Track sales team and other departmentsidentify additional needs within the client's environment that can be resolved with Track solutionsinform customers of new features and help integrating them into their workflows for enhanced efficiencyserve as a subject matter expert on Track during the sales process, and cross-functionallybe the API subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders;
