We are seeking a highly skilled Franchise Business Development Manager to join our team.As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability across Latin America.Job DescriptionThis role involves supporting Master Franchise and Direct Franchise partners by providing operational guidance, financial coaching, and training to drive performance while ensuring alignment with global standards.You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic solutions.Serve as the primary operational liaison for Master Franchise and Direct Franchise owners, offering consultative support on day-to-day operations, financial performance, leadership development, and member experience.Build strong, collaborative relationships across culturally and linguistically diverse markets, ensuring business strategies align with global standards while adapting to local market needs.Conduct regular check-ins and annual in-person site visits with each franchise location in the assigned LATAM territory.Provide guidance and resources to drive operational excellence and regional growth.Leverage KPI benchmarks, and digital platforms to monitor and support franchise performance.Required Skills and QualificationsFluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish required.3-5 years of experience in franchise operations, business consulting, or multi-unit fitness/hospitality management.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Exercise Science, or a related field preferred.Proven ability to lead both in-person and virtual training programs in multiple languages.Strong knowledge of fitness industry operations, financial drivers, and customer experience best practices.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with a high degree of cultural intelligence.Basic knowledge of gym technology platforms is a plus.BenefitsThis is a remote role based out of Brasil with frequent travel throughout Latin America - up to 50% or more.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization.Competitive compensation package.OthersPASSION FOR FITNESS, HEALTH, AND WELLNESS.Experience supporting international franchise or multi-unit business models, particularly in Latin America.Strong presence and confidence when leading groups and delivering training in culturally diverse environments.High level of business acumen, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.Familiarity with Gold's Gym tools, systems, or service providers.
