The Location
Two of the most populous and well-known cities in Latin America are potential locations for this regional management role.
The position can be in either São Paulo, Brazil or Bogotá, Columbia.

The Opportunity
This position is a role for a leader who will oversee operational direction of all aspects of security and risk management programs in the region.
It is a complex position that encompasses a wide range of functions and responsibilities including crisis response, executive protection, investigations, and physical security design.
You will be the liaison between global corporate security, regional management, and external organizations as you support protection of assets and drive awareness and support of organizational security standards.
You will also have management oversight of any contracted security forces in the region.
An additional key component of the job is the ability to develop regional threat intelligence to assist in mitigation of events and protection of executives throughout Latin America.
Domestic and international travel will be required.
The Person
This dynamic leadership role would be perfect for someone who has experience working in private and public sector organizations in the region supporting a wide variety of environments including manufacturing and distribution centers and offices.
Our client is seeking a collaborator who has the business acumen and executive presence to successfully build relationships across a wide range of cultures.
A creative thinker who has an in-depth knowledge of political, economic and security environments and can develop accurate intelligence utilizing their strong network of resources will be highly successful in this role.
Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English are also requirements for the position.
