Marketing Agency | Apex Brands Based in San Diego - CAWe are a DTC Growth Marketing Company focused on helping service businesses attract, engage, and convert their ideal audience.Our Mission: to help D2C e-commerce companies grow holisticallyOur Vision: We imagine a world where service businesses never have to worry about meeting revenue goals, attracting consistent quality customers, retaining customers, or maintaining and growing their overall online presence.*MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK US HOURS (9 AM - 5 PM PST)*Who We Are Looking For:We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist with a strong background in building funnels for DTC ecommerce brands.We need someone who can work in a growing company and fast-paced environment.Must be able to deliver solid results and have a great work ethic/communication skills or you probably will not be a good fit.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DTC ecommerce conversion rate optimization along with creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for CRO, funnel design, research specifically in the ecommerce industry.We are looking for someone who is an all-star team player and wants to be the best at anything they do.We need someone who has a lot of experience who can lead a team of UX/UI designers to build funnels for our clients that we can use in our Meta and Google ads campaigns to increase conversion rates.ResponsibilitiesResearching and analyzing heatmaps and data to hypothesize on funnels that we can create to increase conversion rates from our adsWork with our UX/UI design team to create landing page funnels for e-commerce products and offersCreating A/B split-test ideas to improve conversion ratesCommunicate with clients to effectively handle their revisions and concerns on the works that you createCommunicate with the website development team to ensure your funnel designs are developed effectively and exactly to your specifications.Must also know how to perform quality checks.Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outletsResearch direct and indirect competitors of our clients to create UX/UI designs of optimized versions of their websitesCreate beautiful and effective funnel designs for e-commerce websites that consist of various CRO aspectsMaintain awareness of the current e-commerce industry trends, technology trends, social media, competitive landscape, and market trendsQualificationsBachelor's degree in conversion rate optimization or related field OR 2-3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization SPECIFICALLY FOR E-COMMERCEStrong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skillsMust have a strong understanding of AI and how to use it within the workplace to make your job easierAutonomous worker with a creative mindPortfolio of workCompensation:$**** - $**** USD per month
