With over 500 employees in the United States, United Kingdom, Brazil, Dubai, and Singapore, the company is redefining accessibility to global financial markets.The RoleAs a Trading Support Analyst – Institutional Clients, you will act as the key interface between institutional clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless trading workflows, FIX/API integrations, and real-time resolution of execution issues. This is a support and operations role (not a trading position) with high visibility and impact across Sales, Product, and Technology functions.What You Will Do:? Provide daily support for institutional clients across the Americas, covering trade execution, platform functionality, and post-trade services.? Act as a technical liaison for Sales and Relationship Management teams, assistingwith onboarding, demos, and training.? Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FIX/API integrations, account setup, market access, and trade flows.? Monitor and manage real-time trade exceptions and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.? Collaborate with global teams (Technology, Compliance, Operations) to deliver seamless service.? Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across equities, fixed income, ETFs, and fractional products.? Document client interactions, maintain issue logs, and ensure SLA adherence. What We're Looking For:? 5+ years in trading support, electronic trading, or operations at a broker-dealer, fintech, or trading platform.? Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle, execution workflows, and electronic trading systems (FIX, APIs, OMS/EMS).? Hands-on experience with equities and fixed income trading.? Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken).? Excellent problem-solving skills, able to perform under pressure in fast-pacedenvironments.? Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.? Based in São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid, Faria Lima office).Nice to Have:? Experience with fractional investing or multi-asset platforms. ? Exposure to back-office systems and clearing/custody processes.?
