The Position:Sungrow is looking to bring on board a Key Account Manager that is helping the business to grow in the distributors/distributed generation sectors focused on Brazilian market.The main role is to bring new customers into the business focusing on GD - distributors market, developing strategies in conjunction with sales and marketing, getting new accounts and to persuade new customers to buy our products.Main activities and Responsibilities:Develop new customers at BRAZIL level, promote sales of products and services, regular trips and conduct visits and gather information and customer needs, present the company's product portfolio aiming at the deployment of purchase potential.Perform account management and support, develop guidelines according to the type of customer and current legislation of the country of operation, keep the database updated and make periodic contacts in order to achieve the company's goals.Review LOI, NDAs and contracts together with the legal department.Prepare proposals, negotiate prices and other activities until the closing of the sale, including interface with engineer team for technical presentation when necessary to support negotiation.Analyze previous Forecast to keep our strategies of stock according Brazilian market need based on customer projects. Develop Sales Forecast, evaluate the stage of opportunities to ensure good management and increase performance, ensuring an assertive forecast.Periodically monitor market developments, consolidate competitors' information (technical and commercial analysis) to increase market share and proactively develop future solutions.Develop strategies to achieve goals, develop sales potential studies, build business reports, analyze metrics and performance indicators for evidence-based decision making.Manage and update the CRM system, in view of the business strategy with a focus on the customer.Assist customer approval by SINOSURE and financial proceduresFunction Specific Knowledge:Desirable: Graduate / MBA in People Management or Business Management.Sales Methods and Techniques; Persuasion and negotiation skills.Basics of Electrical and Communication (networks).Knowledge about the company's solutions and the solar market.Experience with distributors, integrators and epicists of the solar area.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365(Word, Excel, power Point and Outlook).Availability for travel.Valid driver licenseExcellent verbal and written communication.English level advanced or above.Education and Minimum Requirements:Mandatory: Full Graduation in Electrical Engineering or related areas.Office 365Fluent/Advanced language skills in EnglishDesirable intermediate Spanish.CompetenciesAnalytical Thinking;Organization;Sense of responsibility;Communications;Teamwork.Work Location and Status:Vila Olímpia - São Paulo/SPAvailability to travels.Compensation:Compensation commensurate with experienceCompetitive benefits packageStrong personal and company growth opportunities***PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH***
