OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Revenue Operations Manager to lead our revenue operations strategy for the Individual Doctors segment (B2C2B).
This role will oversee the entire revenue lifecycle across Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Customer Success Ops, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and growth across each stage of the customer journey.
As part of Doctoralia, the leading digital healthcare platform in Brazil and part of the Docplanner Group, you will enable data-driven decisions, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless execution across go-to-market functions.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end revenue operations strategy for the Individual Doctors segmentPartner with Marketing, Sales, and CS leadership to design, execute, and optimize lead-to-revenue processesBuild and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting tools to track funnel performance, conversion rates, and growth driversLead systems and tooling enhancements (CRM, marketing automation, customer platforms) to enable scalability and visibilityIdentify operational bottlenecks and lead cross-functional initiatives to solve themCreate lead scoring, routing, and segmentation logic to improve acquisition efficiencyDesign playbooks and workflows to drive adoption and retention across the funnelEnsure governance, data hygiene, and operational rigor across revenue platformsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or similar (MBA is a plus)Solid experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Operations rolesExperience managing cross-functional revenue funnels (Marketing ? Sales ?
