Emerging Travel Group (or ETG) is a travel tech company, globally known for the brands RateHawk, ZenHotels and RoundTrip, spanning over 220 markets worldwide.We are well recognized and trusted across Europe, UK, Latin America and now are heading towards hitting the top of the North American market.Our mission is to create, distribute, and operate the most convenient travel products.We constantly innovate and break the rules of the highly complex travel industry to make travel more widely available for individuals, more rewarding for professionals, and simpler for everyone.**Responsibilities**:- Continuous monitoring of commercial and technical metrics for technology partners and their clients.- Conduct detailed analysis of metrics, creating summary tables and charts, and formulating conclusive insights for areas requiring improvement.- Report identified issues to other teams (product, API support, pricing, etc.), ensuring timely resolution.- Collaborate with the commercial team to establish processes and provide strategic recommendations for improving the performance of top clients.- Develop new dashboards and refine existing ones, incorporating a comprehensive range of commercial and technical metrics to facilitate more informed decision-making.**Requirements**:- **Relevant experience**.2+ years in a business analysis or analytical role, preferably within the travel industry.- **Education**.Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.- **API**.Familiarity with API functionality and integration.- **Tech-savvy**.Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially Advanced Excel.Proven experience with technical and business metrics analysis, creating and refining metrics-driven dashboards, and other data analysis tools.- **Analytical skills**.Capable of working with databases and good with numbers, as well as optimization skills.- **Personal skills**.Ambitious, team player, eager to learn, proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.- **International mindset**.Adaptability to multicultural environments, reflecting our global presence.- **Be Your Own CEO**.Work independently with a high level of accountability.- **Think outside-the-box**.Develop and implement creative solutions to challenges.- **Language Proficiency.** Advanced English (B2); Spanish and other additional languages are advantageous.- **Location**.Worldwide, but preferably LATAM based.**Personality Traits**:- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.- Demonstrated perseverance and problem-solving abilities.- High level of self-motivation, initiative, and effective communication skills.- **This is not a leadership role**; We're looking for someone with aspirations to lead and manage a team in the future.**We are highly motivated to onboard the new team member as soon as possible, so the process will include**:- Recruiter Interview- Hiring Manager Interview- Business Case- Final Interview- Job Offer**Benefits****We offer you**:- Freedom to work with the innovative product the way you want to.- Competitive salary.- Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other and grow together.- Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely.- Opportunities for self-development (incl. selective coverage of 50% of tuition fees).- Internal training programs.- Full coverage of business trip expenses.- Mental Health day off.- Discounts on hotels and other services.
