We're looking for a Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, acting as the bridge between sellers, influencers, and brands.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of creator dynamics, and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns without compromising quality or timelines.If you're passionate about execution, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love making things happen — this one's for you.Your SkillsetOwn the end-to-end execution of campaigns after the sale — from kickoff to final reportCoordinate cross-functional communication with sellers, retention managers, and influencersManage up to 30 influencer campaigns simultaneouslyTake full ownership of: Timeline coordination, Influencer slating, Draft review and verification, Ensuring full completion of deliverables, Acting as the voice of the influencer throughout the processDeliver white-glove service to clients, ensuring alignment with brand tone, voice, and strategyStay updated with platform trends, creator shifts, and what\'s going viralNegotiate influencer rates and understand estimated budgetsTrack and optimize campaign budgetsMonitor deliverables and ensure high-quality content that meets brand guidelines and campaign goalsProactively flag and resolve issues, escalating when necessary and proposing solutionsStay organized and manage multiple timelines, creators, and deliverables in parallelGather all required inputs (e.g., shipping addresses, product info, payment details)Collaborate with Data Ops for post-campaign performance reportingYou're The Type WhoThrives in fast-moving environments and gets things done under pressureBrings structure, clarity, and ownership to every campaignUnderstands the nuances of creator and client communicationIs obsessed with details, timelines, and qualityBrings a proactive, problem-solving mindset to daily challengesIs bilingual (English & Spanish) and familiar with U.S. and LatAm creator marketsWhat We OfferCompetitive equity in a venture-backed companyOpportunities to grow fast and developRemote workDirect connection to our exclusive community of influencers — from global stars to the next big thingSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesHospitality, Food and Beverage Services, and Retail
